5. Payment Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

DMME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, any rights granted to you will cease immediately.
